The deliveries are received Monday through Friday: 09.00-18.30and on Saturdays: 09.00-14.00, , with the possibility of pre-setting an hour for collecting the delivery without announcing an expedition each time.
Upon the customer’s express request, the shipping collected on Friday can be delivered on Saturday. |

- confirmation of the delivery completion by phone or fax
- follow up of the delivery on the website through the tracking number
- the payment of the deliveries on destination
- payments in the name of the customers up to the maximum limit of 100 Euro
- multiple delivery attempts, in case the recipient cannot be found
- the automatic insurance of the delivery with a maximum value of 50 Euro

A. Free Services:
Services for all of the clients:
- acknowledgement of receipt by phone, fax and by following up the delivery according to the AWB number on the site
- payment at destination of delivery
- payments in the name of the customers up to the maximum limit of 100 Euro
- multiple delivery attempts ,in case the recipient is not found
- phone calling the recipient for deliveries made under special conditions
- automatic insurance og delivery in amount of maximum 50 Euro
- stocking towards delivery/redirectioning for a time period of two weeks of the deliveries with wrong address or refused by receiver
B. Paid services:
- the full covering of the delivery in case of theft, damage or loss, the commission being of 1% of the stated value (for the parcels of over 50 Euro), benefiting from a 100% damage, under conditions of correct wrapping which corresponds to the type of merchandise
- the redirecting of the deliveries is charged according to the Loco tariff
- the return (reimbursement) of the documents is charged with the value of an envelope
- the return of the reimbursements with value (of maximum 500 gr.) is charged with the value of an envelope + 1% of its value

- the new Client Tracking service allows you to visualize a custom page containing information about your deliveries and receiving confirmation
- we offer pre-printed custom Air Way Bills (AWB) for sender and, if necessary,for receiver
- the meanings of receiving deliveries from any company branch or business partner with payment directly into your account
- receiving an invoice with additional information regarding your deliveries twice a month
- in-house software that allows definig a database, automated transmission and printing of the deliveries, printing Air Way Bills and recording deliveries made by Fan Courier Express.
